Knudson served as planners for this first METRO Light Rail Project. Knudson provided economic impact analysis, demographic analysis and land use analysis. This METRO Project was the first of many, including the METRO/TxDOT/H-GAC Southeast-Universities-Hobby Planning Study, which had a contract value of $170,692. Other METRO projects include current work on North Line, East End Line, and University Line in our Landscape Architecture Department. Patricia Knudson Joiner was a member of this Project Team.
