KLP is able to provide planning options that incorporate a variety of factors, including wetlands management, reclamation, water polishing, water recapture, pervious paving solutions, and other techniques in order to create a walkable, more livable community of homes, schools, civic spaces, places of worship and mixed use commercial squares. Knudson can also provide campus planning for schools, office parks and other land development options employing similar design treatments.

Additionally, Knudson provides Due Diligence Services to determine any shortfall of provisions and portions of work that may be on a critical path but outside the control of the Client. This may include, but is not limited to, investigating platting restrictions, vehicular access restrictions, existing utility capacity for water, storm water and sanitary sewer needs, as well as dry utility availability, in conjunction with a Professional Engineer.
