Eagle's Point Golf Course
The Eagle Pointe Golf Course and Recreation Center in Mont Belvieu, Texas is a first class facility that opened to the public in the spring of 2002.
As Program Manager, Knudson, LP was responsible for scope creation, budget definition and control, architect and engineer selection, management of the design process, contractor selection, and negotiation of contracts.
An initial budget of $20M expanded to $25M, with all additional costs recouped by the City of Mont Belvieu.
